Our Services

We provide professional concrete services in Southaven, MS and surrounding areas. This includes driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and more. We'll always discuss your project details before starting any work.

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if we discover unexpected conditions during the job. We'll always talk to you before making any changes.

Booking and Payments

When you book a project with us, we may require a deposit to secure your spot on our schedule. The remaining balance is due when the work is completed to your satisfaction.

We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your project agreement.

Cancellations and Changes

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a partial deposit forfeiture to cover our scheduling costs.

Want to make changes to your project? No problem. Just reach out to us before we start pouring concrete. Changes made after work begins may incur additional costs.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for ensuring we have clear access to the work area. This means removing any obstacles, vehicles, or items that might interfere with our equipment or crew.

You'll also need to make sure we have any necessary permits before we start. We're happy to advise on what's needed, but obtaining permits is typically the property owner's responsibility.

Warranty and Quality

We stand behind our work. All our projects come with a workmanship warranty that covers defects in our installation. Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or damage from external factors aren't covered.

Concrete naturally develops minor surface cracks over time. This is normal and doesn't affect the structural integrity of your project. We'll explain proper concrete care to help your installation last as long as possible.

Liability

We carry full insurance to protect you and your property. However, we can't be responsible for damage to underground utilities that weren't properly marked, or for issues caused by soil conditions we couldn't see or predict.

Our website is here to give you information about our services. Don't use it for anything illegal or harmful. All content on this site, including images and text, belongs to Skyline Southaven Concrete.

When you submit information through our contact forms, you're giving us permission to contact you about our services. We'll never sell your information to third parties.
